efficient check-inconvenient locationhelpful kettle

The check-in and check-out processes were very efficient. a family mart is conveniently located across the street and stays open 24/7. This was useful when i needed a late-night snack. i also found a kettle in the room, it was very helpful!

The price was not low. the room size was small, and it was not adequately equipped.

The supermarket next to the hotel was convenient. It stayed open until late! I easily bought snacks and drinks there. The train station was also close. The TV apps in the room provided entertainment, helpful , especially on days I felt unwell.

The room lacked tea or coffee making facilities, and paper cups were provided instead of proper cutlery.

subway linecleaning staff

the hotel is adjacent to a subway line this is convenient for travel. a grocery store is downstairs i found this helpful. the cleaning staff replaced the complimentary water bottles i appreciated this service.

the refrigerator did not cool properly so i could only store drinks.

Decent Location, Disappointing Cleanliness

dusty carpetmold smell

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The carpet felt dusty and like it wasn't vacuumed (a real letdown). The countertop had marks, and the bathroom had a noticeable smell of dirt and mold. It made me question the overall hygiene.
